“ Fantastic customer service from Jade. Despite heatwave ruining chocolate gift I ordered - which was obviously not Thortful’s fault - Jade and her team went over and above to resolve for me. I cannot fault the service I received and the boxed card/chocolate was lovely quality gift. I would not hesitate to order again or recommend. ”

“ Great choice of cards - found just what I was looking for. Ordered late Thursday evening (London) and it had been delivered the next day (Devon). Great service! ”

“ Amazing service every time from this company. Easy to use app - lots of special offers pop up and the fastest service around. My daughter got a new job and rang me at 3pm. I went on the site, picked and personalised my card for her and it got there the next day! Highly recommend Thortful - oh and great choice of cards that aren’t your run of the mill shop ones! ”
