“Fantastic customer service from Jade. Despite heatwave ruining chocolate gift I ordered - which was obviously not Thortful’s fault - Jade and her team went over and above to resolve for me. I cannot fault the service I received and the boxed card/chocolate was lovely quality gift. I would not hesitate to order again or recommend.”

“I ordered the most beautiful heartfelt card for my daughter in law for what was her first Father’s Day since her dad’s recent passing. I ordered Friday tea time with express delivery and it arrived the Sunday morning, Father’s Day. This card touched her in a way she never thought she could feel without her dad. The most perfect small business, especially the business owner Ice! Thank you so much. Can’t recommend you highly enough 🥰 I only wish I’d taken a photo of the card I ordered so I could add in this review.”

“The mixed box of cards I purchased from Throtful are ideal. They are great to have at hand when a forgotten birthday pops up. In fact I plan to use them as regular birthday cards - just put a banknote or two in them, card and present sorted. Thank you so mych Throtful, you are definitely in all my favorites lists. James”

“Amazing service every time from this company. Easy to use app - lots of special offers pop up and the fastest service around. My daughter got a new job and rang me at 3pm. I went on the site, picked and personalised my card for her and it got there the next day! Highly recommend Thortful - oh and great choice of cards that aren’t your run of the mill shop ones!”

“Ordered card and gift for 80th birthday and contacted Thortful (name doesn't match the company) to check it would arrive on time. Really important that I have this gift and card on time as a very special elderly neighbour who helped me get out of hospital by caring for me, when I was injured. I was assured that it would be posted in good time and I paid for first class 48 hour tracked, which would have got to me on time BUT now Royal Mail tell me it will arrive tomorrow, so obviously not sent in time. I need it today. I should get my money back but doubt I will. Appalling service.”

“A shout out to scarlett dixie! ✨️ I had an issue with the delivery of my product I purchased from throtful and while I hold dpd full responsibile for being lazy and down right stupid. I messaged the thorful team to ask if there was anything they could do for me not expecting the prompt or lovely understanding response I got from scarlett caught me off guard and made me feel like a valued customer. Couldn't be be happier with the interaction I received thank you so much ✨️”

“Was so pleasantly surprised. Ordered a Mother's Day Card at 1130am and it arrived in the post the following morning. Not only was it such a speedy delivery, the card was perfect and fantastic quality. Would highly recommend Thortful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Excellent selection of great quality cards and envelopes, and the cards are just a bit bigger than standard. If you like something a bit more edgy, then these cards say what you want unlike the generic insipid ones in local towns or supermarkets. Arrived promptly and in a nice cardboard box that protects them from the jaws of Royal Mail machinery and posties' obsession with folding everything much better than an envelope.”
