“So impressed with the company. The card was large and of great quality and the graphics were just brilliant. I'd never seen a card like this before. Couldn't be happier and the fact that you could have your own message printed on the inside was fantastic.”

“Amazing card. Lovely to find some different designs. Really really good quality. These are fantastic cards and highly recommended. Card bought “from the dog” and can’t wait to see the person open it. Very funny. Highly recommended. Thanks for using pronouns. Makes me feel very welcome.”

“Beautiful card .I did the 4 card offer for £10:50.Each of the cards were lovely and different from the high street.Made of strong card not flimsy paper .Highly recommend.Postage cheaper than other card sites .”

“Brilliant service.so many cards to choose from. Was advised when cars would be delivered,it 1/2 days.it was delivered the following day. I will definitely be ordering from them again,my daughter recommended me to them,I have recommended them.to my sister.prices are really good. Looked on another website ,but it would have been double the price for the same size card,that's when my daughter recommended Thortful. Have a look at their website,you won't be disappointed.”

“I ordered a Thortful card for a friend's birthday around 2 pm yesterday. I was amazed and delighted that it arrived at 9 a.m. this morning, perfectly as ordered. Fantastic service and super-quick. Well done, Thortful! Highly impressed!”

“Amazing Service from Lucy at Thortful. I had sent an important and time sensitive card. Through my error hadn't realised there was no postbox at this commercial property as rollershutters would be down! In a panic I emailed shortfall. Expecting to pay for reprint,they kindly as an exception sent a new one free. Am over the moon. Have unsubscribed from moonlight- Thortful thanks to Lucy are the champions and will never use anyone else.”

“Ordered on Tuesday Father’s Day cards for Sunday from the “hairy” grandchildren and myself. Website states estimated time 3 working days, Friday-Saturday, which means 3 or 4 days in my calculations. It is now Saturday evening and no post arrived. Had to drive to the shops to get still replacements. 😭Father works away and will not return for another month on Monday. I have emailed for a refund as I don’t think it’s appropriate for us to give him the cards a month later. We will see what’s happening 😕 Should not use hopeless Royal Mail.”

“I ordered a birthday card and flowers. Extremely disappointing. Delivered through the letterbox without inside protective packing. Complained. Apologized. Offered a £5 voucher. Sent replacement. Flowers were already blackening at the ends. The leaves were wilted, had spots on and were damaged. The stems were browned at the ends, ripped and damaged. No aqua retainer bag to keep them hydrated and fresh. "We take a lot of pride in delivering gorgeous, high quality flowers.” Sellers are responsible for assuring accurate representation of an item including photos. Complained. Apologised. Sent a full refund. Photos shows website image and comparison images of what was sent by first order, and replacement order.”
