“Brilliant designs from brilliant people. Amazing paper quality and no matter how small your order is, an amazing group of people ready to help you in an instant. Prices are great when you compare to buying basic cards from MS. Definitely recommend. Will shop here more.”

“Was so pleasantly surprised. Ordered a Mother's Day Card at 1130am and it arrived in the post the following morning. Not only was it such a speedy delivery, the card was perfect and fantastic quality. Would highly recommend Thortful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Excellent selection of great quality cards and envelopes, and the cards are just a bit bigger than standard. If you like something a bit more edgy, then these cards say what you want unlike the generic insipid ones in local towns or supermarkets. Arrived promptly and in a nice cardboard box that protects them from the jaws of Royal Mail machinery and posties' obsession with folding everything much better than an envelope.”

“I have used Thortful a number of times as I have found it difficult to find good cards locally. They have a great selection and you can filter and save possibilities. Then I can add my own message or poem to make it special. The cards are good quality and arrive to me with an extra envelope to send on. Sadly, for the first time- a family card did not arrive as expected- I telephoned- at the end of the day with low expectation of assistance and to my suprise and delight- Jade arranged a replacement card to be sent direct to the recipient- free of charge and a discount on my next purchase. Her follow up email was friendly and witty which made me smile. The new card arrived the next day for the birthday boy. They are truly 'the customer happiness team' and bigger more expensive companies could learn a lot at customer service. Well done!”

“I have had a few orders from Thortful and been very happy with the products. The customer service team are exceptional. An order I made recently was delivered to the wrong address and I was unable to even try to see where it might be as the tracking photo from Royal Mail just showed a road which wasn't very helpful! I emailed Thortful to tell them I had not received the order as Royal Mail say you have to contact the sender, despite it being their fault. Lola at customer services was incredible. A new order was despatched straight away at no cost to me. I received that order then the original order was brought to me by a lady at an address quite a distance away. She had been away and only just found her post. I emailed Lola to tell her this and said I was happy to keep the cards but obviously wanted to pay for the second order. She replied that there was no charge because of the inconvenience caused. What fantastic service. I can thoroughly recommend this company, the products are brilliant and customer care exceeds anything I have known. 5 stars is not enough! Thank you”

“I have been using Thortful since the very early days and to re-invent the whole experience of card buying, which can be quite intimidating and stressful, is quite an achievement …congratulations ( I would send a card!) My whole experience has been positive on every level, over the years and many celebratory occasions, thank you. I seem to recall at some point having to call the help desk for something, and the helpful positive attitude there was a good advert for the culture of your company. I have garnered so many ‘brownie’ points for my ‘faultless’, original and hopefully funny, and personally, individually, appropriate cards over the years I feel guilty! The introduction of gifts was genius. I actually now look forward to picking a card and having a chuckle at the same time. There is some real talent out there, to which you have given a shop window, and offered a ‘go to’ solution for stressed-out card buyers. Congratulations to all involved and……….. feel free to send yourselves a card! Nick Jordan”

“I've been ordering from Thortful for a few years. Love how they give me a reminder of birthdays coming up and absolutely love the amount of amazing cards they offer. They have always delivered on time and been brilliant. This week unfortunately my card never arrived (not them at fault), emailed them and within 24 hours Jade from customer services has sorted it. She was extremely helpful and kind, offering a couple of different ways to sort it out at their own expense. I can't recommend Thortful enough. Best customer services I've delt with. 10/10”

“Fantastic customer service. Royal Mail lost the card/ gift I was sending with Thortful, and after speaking to Aaron Coulson-West, a fantastic staff member in their customer team, he was able to get the card and parcel resent out for me! Fantastic service! Thank you”

“Today I received the four personalised cards I had ordered just a couple of days and, again, I am over the moon with them. I had a rough idea of what I wanted for each recipient and I found the ideal card easily. The choice of fonts and emojis were perfect for me and the price was very good. My lovely friends will be thrilled to get their own special card and I will tell them to search Thortful's amazing collection whenever they need special cards for their friends. The strong packaging is excellent. Thank you Thortful. I'll be back.”

“Brilliant service.so many cards to choose from. Was advised when cars would be delivered,it 1/2 days.it was delivered the following day. I will definitely be ordering from them again,my daughter recommended me to them,I have recommended them.to my sister.prices are really good. Looked on another website ,but it would have been double the price for the same size card,that's when my daughter recommended Thortful. Have a look at their website,you won't be disappointed.”
