"I ordered a birthday card and flowers. Extremely disappointing. \r\nDelivered through the letterbox without inside protective packing.\r\nComplained. Apologized. Offered a \u00a35 voucher. \r\n\r\n\r\nSent replacement. \r\nFlowers were already blackening at the ends.\r\nThe leaves were wilted, had spots on and were damaged.\r\nThe stems were browned at the ends, ripped and damaged.\r\nNo aqua retainer bag to keep them hydrated and fresh. \r\n\"We take a lot of pride in delivering gorgeous, high quality flowers.\u201d\r\nSellers are responsible for assuring accurate representation of an item including photos. \r\nComplained. "My daughter sent both myself and her gran a bouquet for mother's day, and they did arrive on time. \r\nMy bouquet looked very sad, but perked up a little when left in water. \r\nHowever her grans bouquet arrived mostly dead, to the extent that flower heads crumbled in her hand and some of the stems were slimy. If the flowers that were still alive a couple of the stems were snapped. \r\nMy daughter does not have much money and had to sacrifice on other items to be able to send these flowers. \r\nShe is now trying to get a refund and will use a different company in the future."
