Unfortunately I ordered a card 5 days ago for Valentine’s Day that was meant to come first class and it did not arrive. Hasn’t left confidence to use them again I understand things can happen once left with Royal Mail but no tracking service and quite hard to get through to customer service. Overall quite disappointing.
