Ordered on Tuesday Father’s Day cards for Sunday from the “hairy” grandchildren and myself. Website states estimated time 3 working days, Friday-Saturday, which means 3 or 4 days in my calculations. It is now Saturday evening and no post arrived. Had to drive to the shops to get still replacements. 😭Father works away and will not return for another month on Monday. I have emailed for a refund as I don’t think it’s appropriate for us to give him the cards a month later. We will see what’s happening 😕 Should not use hopeless Royal Mail.

I ordered a birthday card and flowers. Extremely disappointing. Delivered through the letterbox without inside protective packing. Complained. Apologized. Offered a £5 voucher. Sent replacement. Flowers were already blackening at the ends. The leaves were wilted, had spots on and were damaged. The stems were browned at the ends, ripped and damaged. No aqua retainer bag to keep them hydrated and fresh. "We take a lot of pride in delivering gorgeous, high quality flowers.” Sellers are responsible for assuring accurate representation of an item including photos. Complained. Apologised. Sent a full refund. Photos shows website image and comparison images of what was sent by first order, and replacement order.

My daughter sent both myself and her gran a bouquet for mother's day, and they did arrive on time. My bouquet looked very sad, but perked up a little when left in water. However her grans bouquet arrived mostly dead, to the extent that flower heads crumbled in her hand and some of the stems were slimy. If the flowers that were still alive a couple of the stems were snapped. My daughter does not have much money and had to sacrifice on other items to be able to send these flowers. She is now trying to get a refund and will use a different company in the future.

Misleading. Thortful send out promotional emails (32% reduction on x4 cards in this instance). Having ordered x4 cards & additional gifts (£50 total order) Thortful would not apply the 32% discount to the card element of the order. I was not anticipating 32% off the total bill but when questioning them they still refuse to apply the discount in the marketing claim. When the cards arrived the photo quality was average & the print copy faint. Back to the more expensive Papier. Costlier but at least they don’t make false claims in their advertising

I have always ordered my cards from Thortful but the last batch I have received they have changed the card material and ink and now the quality is very cheap looking that I am embarrassed to send these cards out to people. Very disappointing.

Used to be fantastic and I'd order all my cards from here, but they've changed the card they use and its very poor flimsy cheap quality now, so sad as the cards are unique and I loved the designs, but i won't be ordering now the card feels so cheap.

My daughter ordered a card and flowers for my mother and fathers 70th wedding anniversary neither arrived on time. She did get a full refund and was told that the card and flowers had now been sent . A mini rose that was half dead within days came with the card . This celebration will never come along again I havent the heart to tell my daughter what has been recieved in the end over a week late. Has certainly put me off ordering from this company.

Ordered a birthday card a week before the date. Card didn't arrive. Contacted them with suggestion to use a 24hr service for replacement. Still waiting for replacement card. They did however refund me for original card. Won't use again.

Total incompetence! They were not thourtful when sending me the my order containing one wrong card and one envelope for two cards! I now have to go out and try and find a card for Mother’s Day! WELL DONE.

Card didn't arrive. It was a sympathy card where time was important. I requested a refund as per my statutory rights. Instead I was given a token for another card which does not include the postage I've already paid. So if I use that token, I'll pay two lots of delivery costs for one card (assuming the second one arrives). What a con.

My husband . order Roses and a card through thortful . they were sent out a week early didn't arrive on 3rd November , message said was running late . arrived on the 4th November . I went out to Van to take them from driver , box bent and to find my husband order he through other boxes around , opened box flowers wilted and squashed, by the way I'm a qualify florist. so I no what i'm looking at

Just like the comment below my order did not arrive and blamed Royal Mail for losing it. Offered a replacement which is too late. Also offered company credit which I would not spend as my order never arrived. Do not trust. Was forced to buy from a retailer which is what I tried to avoid.

Card didn't arrive,they say they send them out 1st class and its Royal Mails fault 😒 That's the second time they've let me down. Never again!

Recently an order was placed for the delivery of flowers to 17 Thorngrove House, 9 Thorngrove Avenue, Manchester M23 9PQ. Your Delivery man, instead of taking the flowers to the address provide, left the box in the ground floor vestibule without making any contact with the recipient. This is fact as I witnessed this. I took the Box to the recipient, Mrs E. Morris, who is a 96yr old invalid. Whilst I am not the customer, the fact that your delivery driver chose to throw the box into the vestibule, this action, I find totally unacceptable behaviour. If this is the standard of service one can expect and has to accept as normal delivery procedure, I certainly would not use your service, nor would I recommend your company to anyone. On behalf of Mrs Morris, A shocking display of company representation and unprofessional service by your delivery man.

Failed twice to send a birthday card I ordered and they give no confirmation emails relating to the order, or the mailing out of the order, so you don't know anything until it fails to arrive. While this was during some postal strikes the order is now two weeks old and there is no sign of the card

Appalling service.Received a dead and damaged bouquet through post.They should be ashamed to sell goods in this state.Emailed a complaint & was told a replacement would be sent out.It turned up late,delivered to the wrong address along with the delivery note and left on the main road where they could have been stolen.Replacement bouquet not much improvement on the first bouquet.Truly terrible service.

Terrible service and even worse customer services. Ordered next day delivery and was charged the same value as the actual card. No card and was offered credits rather than a refund. Stay away!!!!

Should re brand as Decitful ! Cut off time states 6pm for 24hr delivery and I made the cut off time by one hour they stated card was dispatched, checked tracking next day which showed card was NOT dispatched until 24 hours after order , Royal Mail did their job but this scam company lied. After complaining they promised to refund but as in line with their lies it still hasn't happened. - star given I would advise stay well clear.
