Birthday card never arrived for my friend.

Simply Awful. Had the most terrible experience with this company. Flowers arrived half dead. The worse thing is the customer service is pretty bad too. Have been ordering cards for a while with them but will use alternative company from now on.

I ordered my father a Father’s Day card two weeks before Father’s Day with reassurance that it would be delivered before Father’s Day. It wasn’t. I emailed and was told it was down to Royal Mail and there was likely a delay and I was given a refund. The card still has not arrived and today is 30.06.2020. I have never not given my dad a card so was disappointed. The refund meant nothing, a card delivered albeit late would have been better than nothing at all. Disappointed and reluctant to use thortful again. Not very thortful with their approach to customers.

Worse experience Iv ever had ordering online I paid for a Father’s Day card that was supposed to arrive 3 days before Father’s Day (just to be safe) not only has it not been delivered Iv just checked it’s not even been printed. No e-mail telling me if any problems and no refund. What a joke

I ordered four cards for Father’s day (one for each of my children) on Tuesday. It was apparently dispatched on the same day. The cards haven’t arrived which means that I have to go and buy more cards in the shop. I would not recommend the company, receiving the cards after the event is useless.

It has taken me over an hour 1/2 to order a card. Every step took so long to load and the website kept crashing. Won't be ordering again in a hurry if at all.

Sent 2 completely different cards than what I ordered. Good quality cards however, I am unable to send them as totally inappropriate.

Very frustrating experience. When editing the text inside the card, it kept changing my text layout and saying I'd gone over the line limit (when I had two spare lines) after pressing update. Shame, as the cards are okay.

They did not deliver the card I sent. horrible and unreliable service. I don’t recommend.

Hi Dagmar, Thanks for your review and we're sorry to hear your order has not arrived as expected. If your order was to a UK address, it will have been dispatched via Royal Mail First Class Post; whilst this is a next day service with 93% of post arriving the next working day, they admit a few percent of cards do take up to 3 working days to arrive. Unfortunately if your card still hasn't arrived after this point then your order has likely gotten caught up in that unlucky few and is taking a little longer to arrive, and as the Royal Mail offer no way of tracking their letters/cards there’s limit to we can do once they are in the postie’s hands. We’re really sorry about this! We always make sure that orders are dispatched promptly in order to give them the best possible chance of arriving on time, however unfortunately a small percentage of cards do get lost in the post. On two different occasions I have not had the cards delivered on time having paid for next day delivery. The first order was delivered 4 days late, The second has still not arrived after 5 days, Do not waste your money,

Having checked, I can confirm your order was dispatched on 17th July. Received a white box with a design stuck to it and it included a bar of cheap chocolate. Very disappointed and threw the lot in the bin. Save your time and money and go else where.
