Recently an order was placed for the delivery of flowers to 17 Thorngrove House, 9 Thorngrove Avenue, Manchester M23 9PQ. Your Delivery man, instead of taking the flowers to the address provide, left the box in the ground floor vestibule without making any contact with the recipient. This is fact as I witnessed this. I took the Box to the recipient, Mrs E. Morris, who is a 96yr old invalid. Whilst I am not the customer, the fact that your delivery driver chose to throw the box into the vestibule, this action, I find totally unacceptable behaviour. If this is the standard of service one can expect and has to accept as normal delivery procedure, I certainly would not use your service, nor would I recommend your company to anyone.
