“Had a misprint error on the card so informed them incase there was an error on more. A big shout out to Abbie McKay on the customer service team who couldn't be more apologetic, offered to send out another card, which wasn't necessary, so offered me future discount! Fantastic quality, fun designs and a wonderful team to back it all up!”

“Thorful has always been a good choice for online cards and I’ve never experienced any issues however, recently I had a scenario with a discount code that wasn’t working as predicted but the app didn’t tell me it couldn’t be used in conjunction. Ethan from the customer service team immediately knew why I wasn’t happy and applied an immediate resolution to my problem which is almost unheard of these days… I was ready for days and back and forth but Ethan was on it. If it wasn’t for him, I may not have used Thortful again. Ethan deserves recognition for his resolution focussed service. Thanks again for your help!”

“Excellent cards and service as always - I rarely go anywhere else for cards these days! Great choice of cards with the option of adding an additional treat in with your card, and packaged up in a really attractive way. Royal Mail messed up the delivery initially (Liverpool…what can I say) but Ethan immediately sorted it out for me by resending my order and gave me a discount code for my next purchase. I genuinely can’t fault thortful at all - they have the best customer service team (thanks also to Lola for her help), a massive selection of cards, and it’s so easy to shop with them using the website. Thank you. 😊”

“The best card company I have ever used! I love the wide array of choices. From cute, to serious, to funny, to rude! They have them all. The quality of the cards are brilliant. Very professional quality! The aftercare team are beyond professional as well. There had been an incident where the delivery company lost my card. I contacted them and explained what had happened. They were very apologetic and offered to resend my card for free! Which I did not expect. They even gave me a discount code for my next order! Despite this issue being beyond their control! Nothing is too much trouble for this company. I refuse to buy store cards now. Thortful is the only company I will use!”

“Such a range to choose from, very easy to use website and great prices. Ordered 2 school leavers cards in the afternoon and they were delivered the very next morning. Great service, communication very good, updated each step of my order to delivery. Highly recommend these and I have saved this seller for future use. “Fantastic customer service. The cards aren't just the standard ones you find on 2 other well known card sites. I had 2 cards in my basket and one needed to be create and delivered the next day because I'd left it very late to order. I personalised a message, paid and THEN realised after checkout that I'd selected the wrong card. I emailed Thortful late that night not expecting them to be able to help. First thing the next morning I had an email from Lucy from the team who said no problem, and even sent me a mock up of the correct card. Very impressed by the helpfulness, prompt response and excellent customer service. I will only be using this card company in future!”
