“I ordered a Thortful card for a friend's birthday around 2 pm yesterday. I was amazed and delighted that it arrived at 9 a.m. this morning, perfectly as ordered. Fantastic service and super-quick. Well done, Thortful! Highly impressed!”

“Amazing Service from Lucy at Thortful. I had sent an important and time sensitive card. Through my error hadn't realised there was no postbox at this commercial property as rollershutters would be down! In a panic I emailed shortfall. Expecting to pay for reprint,they kindly as an exception sent a new one free. Am over the moon. Have unsubscribed from moonlight- Thortful thanks to Lucy are the champions and will never use anyone else.”

“They are a fabulous company who go out of their way to help you the cards are so unique ordering is easy and website very good The customer service who I had to contact because of my mistake couldn't have done more for me and very quickly sorted things out so 10 out of ten from me Massively recommend to everyone .”

“Had a misprint error on the card so informed them incase there was an error on more. A big shout out to Abbie McKay on the customer service team who couldn't be more apologetic, offered to send out another card, which wasn't necessary, so offered me future discount! Fantastic quality, fun designs and a wonderful team to back it all up!”

“Thorful has always been a good choice for online cards and I’ve never experienced any issues however, recently I had a scenario with a discount code that wasn’t working as predicted but the app didn’t tell me it couldn’t be used in conjunction. Ethan from the customer service team immediately knew why I wasn’t happy and applied an immediate resolution to my problem which is almost unheard of these days… I was ready for days and back and forth but Ethan was on it. If it wasn’t for him, I may not have used Thortful again. Ethan deserves recognition for his resolution focussed service. Thanks again for your help!”
