“I received a large bouquet of flowers on Christmas Eve which was a lovely surprise. Unfortunately, after changing the water several times they lasted less than 5 days. However I contacted Thortful and they replied promptly and were very apologetic. I have now received another beautiful bouquet of flowers at no cost to me. Well done Thortful I would definitely recommend you to friends and family.”

“I had a problem with my order, no fault of the Thortful team may I add, I contacted customer services by email after hours, I received a return email the next day and my issue was resolved with no questions asked, they even gave me a discount on my next order. Their cards are always fantastic, amazing quality & I always find something to suit the person I’m sending it too!! A+++++ company!”

“Thortful have never let me down. Cards always arrive in time. The service is efficient and easy to understand on line. Queries are answered promptly and cheerfully. I really like the reminders they send out - a face saver! 😁 Prices are what I would expect for the service given. Go on! Give Thortful a try; you won’t regret it,”

“Ordered a card, which arrived (very quickly ... next day!) with a printing error. Emailed customer services and got a really prompt reply, apologising, promising a replacement, and giving a discount off my next purchase! Replacement card has already turned up! Thoroughly recommended, and can't speak highly enough of Georgie, who dealt with my issue! Fantastic choice of cards, too!”

“Best customer service I've ever had; unfortunately my order was damaged in transit so I asked if I could order a replacement in the hope it would arrive in time (3 days). I got a reply within 30 minutes saying a replacement would be printed asap, and the new card arrive the next morning! So grateful that the card arrived in time for its recipient!”

“I have recently changed to Thortful from one of the other suppliers. The cards are a great improvement and the quality is far better. The service is better and the website is much easier to navigate. Don't think I'll be moving back.”

“I love purchasing cards from Thortful as they are unique, funny and I think it’s great how I can purchase 4 at a time for upcoming events. They usually come really quick with delivery and I have full confidence in the company. Unfortunately I had a delayed delivery recently meaning my card did not arrive on time for the event. Fortunately it was for a baby shower so I have been able to repurpose the card for the arrival of the baby instead. I enquired about this issue and Milly Smith from customer services has been nothing but helpful: explaining to by the issue may have occurred, offering to resend the cards free of charge, suggesting alternatives if this is too late and providing a discount as an apology on my Thortful account for future purchases, despite the problem being out of their control. 100% will purchase again. Thank you Milly.”
