“Thortful is great, it's the first place I go when card shopping, my orders have never failed to arrive on time and my recipients always love the cards. There are regular offers on already reasonable prices, I also love the emails they send to check things have arrived. It shows they are mindful of the customer and really care that everything is OK. I really appreciate the service, keep being brilliant :)”

“I think the customer service is absolutely fantastic! I recently ordered a fathers day card and my hubby absolutely adored it and I had so much fun filling it in with my daughters. The little extra coupons inside were such a lovely surprise and the fact that I was constantly updated on my order and even had an email to check it had been delivered on time shows what a professional and top class company these are. I will highly recommend!”

“Thortful has a range of different cards, perfect to reflect the individual you are giving too as well as the meaning you want to relay onto the receiver. Cards aren't expensive and delivery was quick! I even received an email of thanks for my order (not typical order received thank you!) and I just thought that was so lovely and the customer relations are brilliant.”

“Ordered a father's Day card so impressed the quality of the card and the envelope was amazing very impressed it was posted in a separate envelope some companies just send the card in the post with no card envelope fantastic my new card shop.”

“I'm not sure what I would do without this website! I live in the USA and my family are all in England. Trying to gauge when to send a birthday card by regular mail to have it arrive on time is a head-scratcher. It can take less than a week, or over a month! With Thortful, I never have to worry. They have an amazing selection of unique cards by wonderful artists and they are delivered right on time. Peace of mind for a lower price - when does that EVER happen?! Thanks for a terrific service!”

“Great cards and fab customer service. When I wanted to add another card to my order (a couple of days after), they responded quickly to tell me that normally they would try to do this but my order had already been printed. They gave me 50% credit to use on my next order which they didn't have to do, and staff were really friendly and helpful, can't fault them. It was Nicola Arca and Ben Jordan who helped me, thanks!”

“Thortful is my go-to for greeting cards. I've used Thortful for over a year to order blank cards that I can send friends & family and I also have used their service of sending cards directly to the recipient. The orders are always accurate, delivery is always prompt, and the cards are high quality, really funny and always extremely well received.”

“I love how ‘thorftul’ this company has been recently by asking each and everyone of their customers whether they would still like to receive Fathers Day emails given the recent and difficult times. Out of the box thinking that I haven’t seen from any other card company.”

“I have bought all my cards here over the last year or so and have been very pleased with the product each time. However today I wanted to pass on how amazing their customer care is. I had ordered a card and unfortunately gave the wrong address. On contacting them, they have sent out a new card to the new address free of charge!”

“Great selection of funny cards that are added to on a regular basis. They are always dispatched speedily and arrive on time even during busy periods like Xmas and Valentines day. When I've needed help from the support team (like to cancel an order) they have been super responsive getting back to me as well. All in all a great service!”

“I've ordered a few times with Thortful but my recent order is what made me come here to write this. My recent order got lost in the post after being dispatched and although this wasn't their problem, their customer service agent Annabel helped me with everything and I eventually managed to get my card and chocolate's to the recipient. Absolutely top notch customer services and the card designs themselves are always my go to because they're unique.”
