Best customer service I've ever had; unfortunately my order was damaged in transit so I asked if I could order a replacement in the hope it would arrive in time (3 days). I got a reply within 30 minutes saying a replacement would be printed asap, and the new card arrive the next morning! So grateful that the card arrived in time for its recipient!
