I received a large bouquet of flowers on Christmas Eve which was a lovely surprise. Unfortunately, after changing the water several times they lasted less than 5 days. However I contacted Thortful and they replied promptly and were very apologetic. I have now received another beautiful bouquet of flowers at no cost to me. Well done Thortful I would definitely recommend you to friends and family.
