I had a problem with my order, no fault of the Thortful team may I add, I contacted customer services by email after hours, I received a return email the next day and my issue was resolved with no questions asked, they even gave me a discount on my next order.
Their cards are always fantastic, amazing quality & I always find something to suit the person I’m sending it too!!
