“The best customer service experience. Have bought loads of cards from Thortful over the past year but I have never truly appreciated how brilliant Thortful is until now, keeping everyone in touch for birthdays and Mothers Day when experiencing a lockdown situation!”

“Thoughtful has the best quality cards, ranging from funny to lovely! I have purchased some cards from them in the past past and it has never faulted my expectations! I recently brought some cards for my bother-in-law and mother-in-law, one arrived before the delivery date but one sadly didn’t arrive with it! I emailed the customer service to see when the card would be arriving and they where so lovely in helping me find out about my card! Even with the rough year we are having and them having to work with less people, they still got back to me quickly and managed to solve the problem and get the card on it’s way! I would like to thank the person I spoke to called Simon! He was very helpful and kind with helping me, I received great customer service and the other thoughtful team members I’m sure strive to do so as well! I’ve already told my family and friends about thoughtful and they all love it! But I will definitely be spreading the word about this too! I am definitely a customer for life!! Thank you again!”

“I absolutely love the range of cards available. So many great designs to choose from. I have been a customer for a few years now and I wouldn’t use any other company! If ever there has been a problem (which is incredibly rare) they always go above and beyond to rectify the problem! They really value their customers! One time they randomly sent a gift to say thank you! Just love their ethos!”

“A card for my friends daughter went missing in the post and Thortful offered to reprint and send another card the next working day. They also gave me 50% discount on my next order. Excellent, fast customer service and extremely friendly. Support small growing businesses!”

“You guys continue to impress me with your business approach! You are the only card company I know who has the option to opt out of events like Mothers Day and Fathers Day, not only unbelievable sensitive but very refreshing! Now you guys are sticking two fingers up to COVID-19 and again have come out all creative! Whilst the gesture of sending out some free cards is gonna cost you money for sure, please be assured, when we all get through this it is businesses like yours I for one will continue to support 100%. Thanks for helping to keep us all connected!!! Thanks for a great service and great products! Stay safe.”

“Every card I get from Thoughtful, which is a fair few, gives the recipient a huge smile! I love their original designs and their personal touches too. Yesterday I was sent a code from their team for a free card, which I sent to my disabled sister who is currently in isolation, away from everyone, during the Coronavirus pandemic. A little thing like a bright, lovely card will make her day! Thoughtful, you’re amazing 🙌🏼”

“This company isn't just Thortful by name but by nature as well. I loved receiving their opt-out of mother's day/father's day/valentines notification and I was thrilled to have received the email offering free cards while still paying the creators their royalty. There isn't another company for me that comes close to Thortful.”

“Love this little website - great quality cards that you don’t see everywhere else, with lots of new individual designers so supportive of new businesses too. On the twice I’ve contacted customer services (my problems not theirs) the response has been fast, personal and resolved my issues and gone the extra mile. Fast delivery too - ordered yesterday afternoon and arrived today! Highly recommended 👍🏻”

“I ordered 4 cards, and when they arrived next day I was really delighted with them. The quality is great - far better than a standard shop-bought card, and the range of designs is huge. Delivery was prompt and the packaging excellent. Altogether it was a great buying experience and I'll definitely be back for more!”
