“Ordered late Tuesday evening. Fully accept not dispatched til Weds but promise next day delivery. No sign Thursday. No sign Friday. Contact them as it was for Saturday but no acknowledgement. No sign Saturday of cards or response to message. Have messaged again but would avoid - never again. Stupid ‘support small business’ messages. Pay well over the odds and absolutely terrible service and no customer service 😔. Thanks for ripping me off and leaving me without cards. Do NOT recommend.”

“Have ordered from Thortful several times - the last time I placed my order and it arrived the next day in the morning post! I was amazed and my husband was very impressed! So, if you need a card that you can personalise with your own message, use Thortful - you can’t better them!! 👍🏼”

“My family bought me flowers for Mother’s Day from thortful 😳😳 which I received yesterday! Today I’ve thrown some away plus took off all dead leaves from what’s left. Very disappointed 😔”

“Thortful is a really wonderful site for sending cards through the post. I can recommend the chocolate card, a card of your choice with chocolates nicely wrapped inside. I sent one of these cards to my friend and she said the card was amazing and the chocolates so nicely wrapped individually that she didnt want to eat them. Prices are great and delivery is on time. I will be sending more cards with Thortful.”

“I order a card and literally seconds later I realised I needed to amend something on it so I sent an email to you asking you to amend the card, but couple of days later I received an email to say the card was on its way but with the incorrect details on it even though seconds after I placed the order I requested for it to be amended. I’d rather stick to Moon Pig Cards 🙂”

“I received a large bouquet of flowers on Christmas Eve which was a lovely surprise. Unfortunately, after changing the water several times they lasted less than 5 days. However I contacted Thortful and they replied promptly and were very apologetic. I have now received another beautiful bouquet of flowers at no cost to me. Well done Thortful I would definitely recommend you to friends and family.”

“I had a problem with my order, no fault of the Thortful team may I add, I contacted customer services by email after hours, I received a return email the next day and my issue was resolved with no questions asked, they even gave me a discount on my next order. Their cards are always fantastic, amazing quality & I always find something to suit the person I’m sending it too!! A+++++ company!”
