“Ordered a father's Day card so impressed the quality of the card and the envelope was amazing very impressed it was posted in a separate envelope some companies just send the card in the post with no card envelope fantastic my new card shop.”

“Order Father’s Day cards for three family members and none of the cards have arrived. The post has arrived and now I have no cards for Father’s Day. Coincidentally thortful close their phone lines on Saturdays so I cannot contact them and emails are responded to in around 24 hours. Really poor customer service, I will not use them again after using them for several years”

“I'm not sure what I would do without this website! I live in the USA and my family are all in England. Trying to gauge when to send a birthday card by regular mail to have it arrive on time is a head-scratcher. It can take less than a week, or over a month! With Thortful, I never have to worry. They have an amazing selection of unique cards by wonderful artists and they are delivered right on time. Peace of mind for a lower price - when does that EVER happen?! Thanks for a terrific service!”

“Great cards and fab customer service. When I wanted to add another card to my order (a couple of days after), they responded quickly to tell me that normally they would try to do this but my order had already been printed. They gave me 50% credit to use on my next order which they didn't have to do, and staff were really friendly and helpful, can't fault them. It was Nicola Arca and Ben Jordan who helped me, thanks!”

“Thortful is my go-to for greeting cards. I've used Thortful for over a year to order blank cards that I can send friends & family and I also have used their service of sending cards directly to the recipient. The orders are always accurate, delivery is always prompt, and the cards are high quality, really funny and always extremely well received.”

“I love how ‘thorftul’ this company has been recently by asking each and everyone of their customers whether they would still like to receive Fathers Day emails given the recent and difficult times. Out of the box thinking that I haven’t seen from any other card company.”

“I have bought all my cards here over the last year or so and have been very pleased with the product each time. However today I wanted to pass on how amazing their customer care is. I had ordered a card and unfortunately gave the wrong address. On contacting them, they have sent out a new card to the new address free of charge!”

“Mother’s Day card never arrived! They won’t offer a refund for this - instead they will either resend it or give me a credit note. What is the point of it being recent a week after Mother’s Day or a credit note I won’t use as I don’t fancy ordering again! Sadly this was my first experience and a bad one at that.”

“Son ordered Mother's Day card and flowers for Sunday 14th March 2021. Just had email card and flowers will be delivered Monday 15th March 2021. What do you pay over the odds for? Bad service, and poor customer care, as not many other providers during lockdown,. I have an upset son and will have an upset wife and mother. Shop for cards elsehwere.”

“My son sent me tulips, lots of leaves very small heads and couldn’t believe for £12 in Tesco would have got the same my son paid for a card and delivery £39.99. He is now been banned from buying me flowers again, what a rip off.”

“Delivery was quick and quality was great! Customer service is amazing they email you at every stage your order is at and they even email you to make sure you’ve received your items. Definitely would recommend and definitely will be ordering from them again. One happy customer!”

“Flowers were dead next day. Valentines gift. They sent new ones which must have been from the same batch as they were also wilted and dead within 3 days. 46 pounds and a free card. Pretty rubbish. Partner not impressed.”
