“I ordered a mother's day card a few days ago and it arrived on time for mother's day coming up! The card is excellent and exactly what i had ordered. I would recommend anyone to buy any of their cards as they are not too expensive and great products. Your staff member Ameera Najm is a gem and they helped me so much with an issue i was facing. Keep up the good work team!”

“Would definitely recommend and will always order from here now rather than going into shops! Ordered Thursday for a birthday chancing it not thinking I’d receive it on time, posted the same day and arrived the next! Brill funny cards, super quick delivery and lovely to speak to on emails. Thanks guys x”

“Due to the Royal Mail strikes my order has not arrived, however they were extremely apologetic and wanted to help resolve the issue in any way they could even though it wasn't their fault. They were quick to respond and extremely helpful and kind. Love their cards and have used them before with zero issues!”

“Failed twice to send a birthday card I ordered and they give no confirmation emails relating to the order, or the mailing out of the order, so you don't know anything until it fails to arrive. While this was during some postal strikes the order is now two weeks old and there is no sign of the card”

“This company have got it spot on, their cards are not only funny they are really good quality no cheap nastiness here! I ordered on Thursday evening and they arrived the next day! Don’t know how they did that but I’m super impressed. Well done Thortful 👍🏼”

“Appalling service.Received a dead and damaged bouquet through post.They should be ashamed to sell goods in this state.Emailed a complaint & was told a replacement would be sent out.It turned up late,delivered to the wrong address along with the delivery note and left on the main road where they could have been stolen.Replacement bouquet not much improvement on the first bouquet.Truly terrible service.”

“Terrible service and even worse customer services. Ordered next day delivery and was charged the same value as the actual card. No card and was offered credits rather than a refund. Stay away!!!!”

“Should re brand as Decitful ! Cut off time states 6pm for 24hr delivery and I made the cut off time by one hour they stated card was dispatched, checked tracking next day which showed card was NOT dispatched until 24 hours after order , Royal Mail did their job but this scam company lied. After complaining they promised to refund but as in line with their lies it still hasn't happened. - star given I would advise stay well clear.”

“Ordered late Tuesday evening. Fully accept not dispatched til Weds but promise next day delivery. No sign Thursday. No sign Friday. Contact them as it was for Saturday but no acknowledgement. No sign Saturday of cards or response to message. Have messaged again but would avoid - never again. Stupid ‘support small business’ messages. Pay well over the odds and absolutely terrible service and no customer service 😔. Thanks for ripping me off and leaving me without cards. Do NOT recommend.”

“Have ordered from Thortful several times - the last time I placed my order and it arrived the next day in the morning post! I was amazed and my husband was very impressed! So, if you need a card that you can personalise with your own message, use Thortful - you can’t better them!! 👍🏼”
