“First off, I'd like to say that the card and service I got from Thortful was amazing. I can't fault them really, the shipping was fast and the packaging was secure. Of course the delivery is only as good as the drivers, and I caught one of them trying to force the parcel clearly marked "Do Not Bend" but that's nothing to do with the company itself, just a lazy driver in a Royal Mail van... I also really like that the company helps designers and independent artists since it is fairly straightforward to upload your own designs, and it was those designs that caught my eye. I can confidently say that while I have shopped a fair few online card companies in the past, I am no longer going to go anywhere else. Not that there was anything wrong with the service others provided of course, but I think any business that puts so much attention to detail into what they do, deserves my money. The only criticism I could think of is that the text boxes for customising the inside is all one box, but I added a few blank lines to arrange it where I wanted on the preview and it was printed as it appeared. At least you know what you're getting ahead of time? Either way, I could've always just used a pen!”

“I've ordered from Thortful several times and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone - great selection of cards, fantastic service and really fast shipping (I had a card arrive in less than 24 hours before). Fairly priced and royalties go the creators themselves - love it.”

“I have been ordering all my cards from Thortful for a few months and all through lockdown. Ordering is easy. Delivery is quick. The quality of the cards and envelopes is very good! I don’t have a bad word to say about this company!! Best of all they have cards that say exactly what I’m thinking! (Usually sarcastic as hell)”

“I was sent a thortful card and it made me chuckle, I'd never heard of the company before, so took time to view the cards, I was amazed at the range, and the prices, so easy to order and cards have arrived in good time, with notification of dispatch. I was also impressed that the company got back to me to thank me for using their site, this personal touch is much appreciated, they have pride in their company, products and service..”

“I was really pleased with the cards I ordered from thoughtful. I took advantage of the discount by ordering several cards as I was able to stagger the delivery dates and add other addresses. I had been let down by other card companies so I was impressed with their punctual delivery times. I would definitely recommend them.”

“I ordered my father a Father’s Day card two weeks before Father’s Day with reassurance that it would be delivered before Father’s Day. It wasn’t. I emailed and was told it was down to Royal Mail and there was likely a delay and I was given a refund. The card still has not arrived and today is 30.06.2020. I have never not given my dad a card so was disappointed. The refund meant nothing, a card delivered albeit late would have been better than nothing at all. Disappointed and reluctant to use thortful again. Not very thortful with their approach to customers.”
