“Ordered for Valentine’s Day it’s now the 15th feb still not delivery even worse Chloe who I got to speak to couldn’t lie straight in bed What a waste is £50 Avoid like COVID 19 Be warned ! Girl friend is not happy with me thanks to this scam company”

“Ordered 'guaranteed' delivery for Valentine's day and it's now the 15th of Feb at 9pm and still no flowers or card, whole thing is a bit of a joke to be honest. Sent an e-mail asking where it is, tracking hasn't been updated and it's now 2 days late with no communication. Disappointing experience all round and now I look like the worst boyf for not getting a card. Cheers!”

“Thortful? Thourtless more like. Ordered a valentines card on the 10th which was dispatched the same day, however its not arrived. I've also ordered another card and roses to be delivered tomorror (14th) although I am not holding out any hope there either. Still says processing on the order and even if they do arrive, others are saying how appalling they are.”

“Extremely disappointed with my delivery of roses’s , the box had been opened, the card still has not arrived, the flowers are brown on the under petals , so disappointed with them. Complained but not heard from customer service yet”

“Great selection of funny cards that are added to on a regular basis. They are always dispatched speedily and arrive on time even during busy periods like Xmas and Valentines day. When I've needed help from the support team (like to cancel an order) they have been super responsive getting back to me as well. All in all a great service!”

“If accidentally ordered my card to the wrong date. The WhatsApp team, specifically Ben and Nicola, were so helpful and managed to get my card printed and dispatched that same day (a week earlier!). Can’t thank you enough ❤️”

“Fantastic service and a great company! I accidentally sent my card to the wrong address and a lovely lady called Ella resent it for me free of charge. Just fantastic customer service! 😊 Highly recommend and a much more “personal” service than some other well-known card ordering sites 🌙”

“I've ordered a few times with Thortful but my recent order is what made me come here to write this. My recent order got lost in the post after being dispatched and although this wasn't their problem, their customer service agent Annabel helped me with everything and I eventually managed to get my card and chocolate's to the recipient. Absolutely top notch customer services and the card designs themselves are always my go to because they're unique.”

“I love this company! You have access to so many brilliant and different cards that you wouldn’t see anywhere else and small independent designers get their work seen and sold. The cards are of excellent quality and you can get your message printed as you like, inside. There was a problem with a recent order of mine and the staff were so helpful, it was resolved with no problems. They really care about their customers!”

“Simply Awful. Had the most terrible experience with this company. Flowers arrived half dead. The worse thing is the customer service is pretty bad too. Have been ordering cards for a while with them but will use alternative company from now on.”

“First off, I'd like to say that the card and service I got from Thortful was amazing. I can't fault them really, the shipping was fast and the packaging was secure. Of course the delivery is only as good as the drivers, and I caught one of them trying to force the parcel clearly marked "Do Not Bend" but that's nothing to do with the company itself, just a lazy driver in a Royal Mail van... I also really like that the company helps designers and independent artists since it is fairly straightforward to upload your own designs, and it was those designs that caught my eye. I can confidently say that while I have shopped a fair few online card companies in the past, I am no longer going to go anywhere else. Not that there was anything wrong with the service others provided of course, but I think any business that puts so much attention to detail into what they do, deserves my money. The only criticism I could think of is that the text boxes for customising the inside is all one box, but I added a few blank lines to arrange it where I wanted on the preview and it was printed as it appeared. At least you know what you're getting ahead of time? Either way, I could've always just used a pen!”
