Order Father’s Day cards for three family members and none of the cards have arrived. The post has arrived and now I have no cards for Father’s Day. Coincidentally thortful close their phone lines on Saturdays so I cannot contact them and emails are responded to in around 24 hours.
Really poor customer service, I will not use them again after using them for several years
