The pants are all huge and baggy looking or cropped, which I feel aren't flattering. I've had a couple of returns, but for size, only once for quality. I noticed the return process now has to go through FedX. That's really inconvenient for me as I typically use the PO. I'll be much less inclined to buy for that reason.”
