My only complaint is it was a final sale, and I feel that online purchases should always be eligible for return since you have no idea what you're receiving until it arrives. Somethings I wish were different is they charge a restocking fee so you don’t get all your money back when returning an item so it makes me more hesitant to purchase something I don’t know will fit or look good. Also on their website I can’t reach the account button it won’t scroll down..strange. I would also love to see a favorites button that would house clothes I want to get but aren’t currently in my size. They also don’t seem to restock supper often because I’ve been following since July and it’s now September and non of the items I’ve signed up for have gotten restocked. These are the reasons I’m giving 4 stars.”

“For the most part, I love 3BN and have had great experiences with customer service. I’ve literally spent thousands of dollars since discovering this shop and get so many compliments on my clothes!
My only complaint is regarding the lack of support for defective items. Unless it’s obvious, you don’t know if something is going to be a problem until you have a chance to wear it, which may not happen in the first few days of receiving it. I bought two pairs of Dani pants and had them shortened which cost another $24/pair. I wore one pair with no problem- perfect fit, wore them all day during a family party where I was running around, playing with kids, all kinds of activity- no issues. I wore the second pair to dinner for two hours and one whole side of the waist band busted out. Same size as the other pair- fit perfectly so it wasn’t like they were too small.
3BN wouldn’t assist me with this which was very disappointing- I paid $70 (alterations included) for pants I wore for 2 hours and can never wear again. I’m more cautious about what I purchase and decide to keep now. I know having an unlimited return policy is unrealistic, as people can abuse that, but is seems like some adjustments could be made to support loyal customers who experience something like this- even a credit would have been better than, “Sorry, nothing we can do” and an email telling me to pay attention to measurements when ordering. The size was not the problem- the item was. So, for that reason my overall customer service rating drops from what had always been a 5.”
“I have wanted a sweatshirt dress for a while, and I love the mauve color of this one. The pockets stick out a little funny, but it’s nothing to make me not want to wear it. It’s super comfortable, definitely a good lounge and travel dress!”
