“I cannot understand the sizes here, as small and medium both fit equally the same. Customer Service with this company has been hands down the BEST. I do not like that I had to pay shipping back for something that didn't fit properly. Will likely not buy from here again though.”

Three Bird Nest is a smaller business and while we try our best to reduce the cost and impact to our customers, our returns ultimately result in a $7.95 fee deducted from the overall refund as well as the initial shipping cost being non-refundable.

“I’ve been meaning to share my experience for a few weeks now. I wish I had praise, but the truth is that I ordered 4 items and none of them were good. One was shown as a knee-length dress on the model and came just below my undies (I’m 5’6” so not super tall). It was also entirely see-through and was $50+. Also got a cute tunic tank that, after 1 wash was covered in pill-balls. 3rd was a dress that was much more full in person color wise and is the same color as my tan skin. I don’t like wearing it. Feels naked. 4th, a bra top size S that would be tight on my 7 yo. Couldn’t return it. I don’t like paying return shipping on items that are misrepresented. I learned my lesson sadly. Out $120 but likely won’t shop with TBN again. I’m so sorry.”
