“Really bad service.. seems no one was interested to help the customer .. I doubt anyone had any technical knowledge as the problem that I faced was simple.. I went in to exchange my esim with a physical SIM and when I entered the shop on esim I had 5g signals but after the SIM change I got 4g signals .. now when I pointed this out to the team there quick answer was that there can be a network issue and coverage issue .. I didn't buy that as you have a proper 3 shop where you are selling your service and you don't have 5g signals then what will you demo your customers? I was not happy with the attitude of the staff present there . Finally one guy tried to convince me but he didn't have any devices where he can show me that signals were the issue .. wasted my hour time giving them ideas to help me and asking a simple question to find a device and there own SIM to show that signals were the issue .. but some of the team members said they didn't use 3 as there primary SIM and there were no demo devices with a 3 5g SIM that was really weird..
Say if you don't know the problem contact backend teams but nothing ..
