“So happy I FINALLY was able to order the Multi-Surface Kitchen Cleaner. It works great, as does the bathroom cleaner. My biggest disappointment, however, is the failure to respond to several emails I wrote about a leaky container. Also until today I was not able to find a way to order just the refills so had to order a whole new kit that I did not need. In addition, I have also written about needing the envelope to recycle the empty refill bags. Terrible customer service. It is only the superb product that keeps me from giving a 1 star rating.”
