“The service fees are ridiculously expensive for not much return to the consumer; most of this is automated and requires no effort. The fact that these fees aren't disclosed at the beginning of the process makes it feel like a bait and switch, which for consumers is frustrating. I think I would have rated this experience higher had the tickets not been advertised at $55 but instead the ~$70 it did cost.”
