“Tried 16 times to get signed on to my Washington Pavilion account, forgot password. It would not send the password reset to my email address. So I tried the ticket Sales sign & tickets were $10.00 higher. Then it would not take my credit card , because address didn’t match ??? Had to use debit card!!! Almost gave up on purchase, not happy!”

“I was advertised tickets at $60 I purchased 2 tickets and was charged $162. Never did it say anything about $42 service charge. I’m familiar with buying tickets and paying services charges but $42 is absolutely way too much money.”
