“Choosing to work with Fred Mercy was the best move I made. Their guidance was clear, their communication consistent, and they delivered exactly what they promised. Trustworthy and reliable—highly recommended for anyone seeking fund recovery.”
“Ticket Squeeze Poor Customer Service.
We did not like our seats.
We did not like the amount we paid.
This was not a company that cares.
I found the websites they have to be hard to undertand that it was not the actual official site to get your tickets and pick sections or seats.
my bad for not seeing a place, actuallyy many reviews that I could have learned not to get any tickets from.
We did our buy too fast and failed to read fine print.
Honestly, we should have learned that a company like this was a bad idea.”
“Ticket Squeeze is a set of shell companies.
Ticket Squeeze website is not an HTTPS: This is not a secure site.
http://www.ticketsqueeze.com
They make their multiple ticket sites look just like the venue. Only one place in small font is the disclaimer they are not the venue.
I checked all of their domains and again, all disguised
.
My daughter bought tickets unbeknownst to me. My email alert came in immediately and I instantly contacted Ticket Squeeze.
After several attempts and disputes I was an able to get my refund. It was persistence.
They refused to provide their business address when I decided to file a civil suit or Small Claim asked them. I asked for it on the phone and email as part of my dispute. Ultimately in my case with PayPal and Capital One, I told PayPal that I needed them to get their address so I could sue them after a first attempt failure for my refund.
Ticket Squeeze did not.provide any information to PayPal of their HQ for me to sue since the first attempt. I again appealed and received a 100% refund.
In addition, I asked for Capital One an PayPal to ban them as they are not a legitimate company as far as I am concerned.
Scam
Not only did they dispute with PayPal, they disputed my review on Trust Pilot.
I filed a new review to remove the truth that Ticket Squeeze claimed was defamatory. When in fact it was the state statute descriptions I was going to file a lawsuit against them”
“WARNING: Do NOT use TicketSqueeze! From personal experience, it is a scam website! They impersonate local venues, and don’t have legitimate tickets. They make fraudulent purchases without your authorization. LiveNation & Ticketmaster both confirmed that TicketSqueeze is a scam site, and you should not do business with them.”
“I paid $111 per ticket for the Rain concert in Pittsburgh. I went online the day of the concert and was able to purchase BETTER seats for $11 per ticket. This is obscene!”
