While I haven't received my replacement printer for the one I received damaged. Communication has been good and hopefully, my replacement printer will arrive in working order.
The replacement printer arrived and is working fine. The delivery was later than initially expected, but not too bad and while late, communication was good and I am pleased.

The delivery times are long, but coming from China across the world, it actually took longer to go through UK customs than to be transported across the globe!
