“I previously left a 1 star review as my emails were ignored. A couple of days later I got a reply apologising as my emails went to spam. Not only did they email me back but they sorted the refund within the hour. As I can’t delete my previous review I wanted to let customers know that this company is worthy of a 5 star review”
“Ordering and paying for the tie was easy and they were quick to take my money. But when I returned my order within the 30 days they haven’t refunded my money. I have emailed twice and receive no response. This has now over 3 months and I am still waiting for my refund. Very bad customer service”
