Incredibly positive. My samples and actual tile order arrived well packaged. Customer service was quick to respond when my package was lost during shipment. Making contact with customer service was cumbersome but they were excellent once we were in touch.

Love the tile selection and the size options. didn't love that it come from 3 different vendors or that they came with some broken. customer service was a joke at first and then a saving grace of refund for the broken tile and some kind words.
