Very positive ordering experience. I love the tile itself and the quick delivery. My only issue (and why this review is 4 stars instead of 5) is the price of shipping. We only ordered 5 boxes but the shipping was more expensive than the tile itself!!!

I just ordered a sample. It was simple, fast, tiles are nice. Severely disappointed that price jumped $2 a sq ft in the week since I got sample. Lovely tile, but was already pushing my budget. Now, it's only a maybe to buy here. I'll have to look for more reasonable options. $20 a sq ft?!?

Delivery was quick, the color on them was great, they were easy to install and I couldn't be happier with the final result. I used 4 different Luna 4x4 tiles (caramel, sky, olive, and red) randomly applied.

Consequently I refused the order because my tile has already arrived. Customer service went above expectations and resolved delivery. Love the vanity but it is a lighter color than expected.

I ordered $14K of tiles. Approximately 2,000 lb. Delivery is CURBSIDE ONLY and by a third party which I now see has terrible customer reviews on Yelp and Google. Even though they can easily deliver it in a more convenient location, they won't. Tile Club left the tiles in the road blocking our drive. Forcing us to carry the tiles into the garage one box at a time. Some of the boxes were open under the shrink wrap which meant they were spilling out on the road when we tried to take them inside.
I ordered tiles from several other companies, none of which had an issue delivering the tiles to our garage with their palette jacks. I called the company to complain and was told I'd get a callback. Nothing yet.
Check the policies. They are unreasonable. You have only 72 hours to report broken tiles. Other companies give you 30-90 days. Do I want to spend my time opening ~60 boxes of tiles to check them and then closing them back up so they can be stored out of the way until install. No. No I don't.
I ordered samples three times, delivery was fast but twice there were missing samples I was charged for. Why don't they automatically refund you for samples they can't provide rather than making customers call them to resolve the situation?

The last batch of tiles was beautiful, but when I returned several boxes of other tiles that didn't go with my decor, Tile Club drastically shortchanged me on the refund, with no explanation. I've reached out to them 3 times for a correction, but they've ghosted me. NOT acceptable.

Ordered 3 tile samples and only received 2. The packing list mentioned one being on back order but the company never reached out to notify me or offer a refund on the sample I never received. If that’s how it goes ordering a sample, I can’t imagine placing a full order here.
