“I spoke to Patrick who was extremely helpful and friendly. He happened to have just done his bathroom in the same tile that I was considering and sent me a photo to help me see what it looked like. I ordered the tiles which were delivered a few days later by a lovely courier. The tiles are gorgeous and the whole experience very good. I would recommend this company to anyone.”

“Very good customer service at first, but the tiles arrived a day late and my enquiries as to whether the tiles had actually been dispatched went unanswered. I don't want to knock off a star for that, overall I'm very happy.”

“Initially I was asked to review my product but hadn’t received it or spoke to anyone about it but Subsequently the contact and the service has been first class , the product arrived when they said it would and tiles were all in one piece . I would definitely use these people again . Very efficient service and great product”

“Great supplier! I do many orders every week and I often try to avoid online purchases as getting any updates can be sometimes tricky and time consuming. But this company! They really stand out and I can highly recommend! They did call me after 3 minutes placing my order to give me update on delivery date as it was Bank holiday Monday so they made sure I can wait that day extra. Soon as they despatched I've had email notification and what more I also received pdf. invoice with no need me to chasing it! That's exactly what you would expect from 5* supplier which tilers-world definitely are! Thank you.”

“**Amazing customer service.** I ordered a handful of tiles to extend an area we’d tiled 7 years ago. Tilers World noticed that I had previously ordered and contacted me to let me know that the tiles didn’t quite match the originals as the previous manufacturer had ceased trading. Further, they were good enough to tell me how I might identify and source tiles that matched the originals. Very, very impressed.”

“I ordered some tiles for my bathroom floor & was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call a short time later from the company. This call was to advise me that the tile although listed as being black was more an anthracite colour & would I like a sample before ordering. I decided to just go through with my order. I was not disappointed - the tiles look absolutely great - They are not black but more anthracite as I was advised - This does snot detract from the tiles - They look great. A real bonus was only having to wait 2 days for delivery, which in the present climate is amazing - Highly recommend the company”
