“Product didnt arrive on time as I paid for an express delivery. One I inform them they immediatly refunded the carriage, and the goods arrived the following day from the call. Credit where credit due”

“We ordered the tiles, very good service, the tiles were delivered a day earlier than expected, Which was brilliant, a couple were broken, email sent with picture. Never heard any thing since. That is the weak link. Richard.”

“Tiles are great, dispatches quickly but there was no notification of when they would arrive. Driver called when he was outside my house, no one was in as we had been told a delivery day, if we had known someone would have been there.”

“The tiles look great. The customer service staff were fantastic, as was the delivery guy... but unfortunately, he accidentally hit an external plumbing pipe and broke it so my plumber needed to repair it. He was very apologetic, just had to take a star off for the added cost, stress and inconvenience.”

“Tilers world had really good product availability and the delivery was prompt. They called to check address details, and were really engaged with the detail to ensure we happy customers. Would buy grout and adhesive from here again for sure! Price wise, the grout was much more affordable then elsewhere locally or online 😊”

“Items were shipped quickly and customer service was great. Items were received damaged on two occasions, but obviously a fault with the deliverers rather than Tilers World. They were extremely quick to own the situation and send replacements free of charge, which is greatly appreciated. Won't hesitate to use again, but hopefully PalletLine mirror the good service and protect the items more.”

“Really good value. Only reason I dropped a star was because the bags couldn't be delivered to my door because the trolley couldn't handle the step up the garden path. If ordering heavy goods make sure you have help with the lifting and carrying.”
