“Absolutely disgusting the way iv been treated, iv been ordering samples as I wanted to see tiles before I bought them.. my partner and I have 2 houses to renovate plus other things in the pipeline !! We have already bought in bulk so how dare you send me an email”
“Absolutely disappointed and disgusted. I was told by the sales rep that my tiles needed to be matched to form a pattern otherwise it would look like what was on display (unmatched tiles). My tiler opened them up and saw they didn’t match. We both searched online and saw that these tiles did not match at tall. I complained online and it was completely dismissed and denied the error of the sale rep! So I really would advise you NOT to purchase tiles from here.”
