The level of service/knowledge very much depends on the member of staff you deal with. Their HO could offer no help.
Oct 2019 - Morrisons - Sutton in Ashfield Remote car key cut but didn't work properly. Needed refiling but refused because of not having the receipt with me. So complete waste of money all for the sake of two minutes to file the key. Their HO could offer no help
Mar 2020 - Arnold - High Street - Didn't understand which part to use and no reply from their HO support line to the store. Told to try a different branch
Mar 2020 - Morrisons - Sutton in Ashfield Had another remote car key cut by a different person. Excellent service. Offered a cheaper solution and this one worked perfectly plus told how to get a 10% next time.”
