“Minimal communication after you place the order. I’m waiting for my items and it’s been 3 days over the expected delivery date without any communication from the org. Order status check is hidden behind login details, even though I have the order number.”

“It was easy to order on the website and the prices were good, but my package never arrived. They were supposed to be Christmas presents but I still haven’t received it, even though I ordered five weeks in advance”

“The personalized mane puzzle I ordered arrived couple days late. It also was faulty upon opening. It has a large white mark in the middle of the puzzle which affects the look of it.”
