“My order was extremely delayed, so even though it was placed at the beginning of December (with rush shipping) it did not arrive in time for Christmas. After much badgering, Tiny Me offered a credit for future purchases but did not discount or refund any of my cost, which would have been a more satisfying resolution, especially since due to the delay I then had to ship the gifts to their recipients rather than be able to carry them with me.”

“arrived on time and is very pretty. However one corner of the laminate came cracked and fallen off. I will attempt to glue back in place and hoping it will stand the use of a 2-year old!”

“When my order was taking too long to arrive, I posted many comments on their Facebook ads and with email replies. I should have reached out sooner. Even though it was the weekend, I expected someone within the company to respond. Once I did receive a reply, I felt more confident, as they were willing to work with me. My order finally arrived! After unwrapping the puzzles, I detected a strong, acrid order. So, I have been airing out the puzzles and felt pouches, before I can wrap them for my grand babies. In retrospect, I feel original correspondence addressing timing and updates would help with a more positive customer experience.”

“They could improve by sticking to their shipping times. I paid $5 to get my order in time for my sons first day of daycare but the was not case. Also improve how you provide tracking. Don't make customer open 3-4 pages before they get to a tracking label.”

“Shipping was very slow (approximately 3 week). I contacted customer service, and while prompt and polite, did not provide any explanation for why the shipping should take this long. I would not buy from them again.”

“The iron on products I ordered didn't adhese to clothing at all and when I emailed to complain I was told I couldn't get a refund because my order was personalized. I was shipped a replacement but still haven't received it almost a week later.”

“I liked the labels, they seem good quality. But there aren't enough instructions on iron on and shoe toppers. Also I ordered 3 sets and one had more plastic labels than iron on. It wasn't distributed as the others.”

“The service and special they were running were great! The only reason I rated 4/5 stars was due to the length of time it took to receive. It took over three week for them to be delivered'however, they were so cute that I forgot how annoyed I was that we didn't have them in time for back to school:)”
