“Third order from Tinyme, and this one got lost in the mail. Finally arrived 6-7 weeks after ordering, and the envelope was completely destroyed. The sticker pages all feel inferior to ones that I've ordered in the past. Felt like it was rained on. I asked repeatedly for a new set to be sent, and they told me to keep waiting because it was located (and not moving). While they finally arrived, I will not be ordering from Tinyme again.”

“It's been stressful the last 2 times I ordered from tiny me. Orders take the longest time to arrive, I mean WEEKS past the due date, no tracking provided. I think I need to look elsewhere...”

“My original order was placed on October 25. The order had not shown up by Nov. 22 so I contacted Tinyme and was asked to wait until Nov. 26 to see if it showed up. The order never showd up so a new order was placed on Nov. 29. The new order was shipped on Dec. 3. Tracking shows it went from Australia to Singapore to Hong Kong, then to Cincinnati, Indianapolis and potentially back to Cincinnati. As of Dec. 9, tracking states it was supposed to arrive in 3-7 business days to Maryland. It is now Dec. 19. and I still do not have my labels. I loved my first order of labels from Tinyme so I am very disappointed with my most recent experience. I will be ordering elsewhere and perhaps sticking to a company in the USA.”

“Good quality product, took way too long to be delivered. My order did not leave the facility until 15 days after I paid, and took another 15 days to Get to my house. It Was too late to be a Christmas gift. Poor choice in using USPS for your shipping, they are notoriously unreliable. Everything else I ordered which came from Amazon, UPS, or FedEx arrived on time or only a day or two late.”

“We have ordered Tinyme name labels in previous years with out any issue. Labels are a nice quality, so I ordered again. The order was placed in September and we still have not received them, two months later. I spoke to a customer service representive in October, after they were two weeks past the delivery date and received no reason as to why they hadn't shipped but she said it would be within a week or two more; still, no labels have been received! I have been unsuccessful in getting hold of a person to check on the status again I've left messages and have not received any information back. I rated tinyme 2 stars due to lack of customer service and for no reason as to why my order has not shipped.”

“My package never arrived. Customer service was mildly helpful in eventually reimbursing me back my money, but it was frustrating that they never had shipping numbers to track it. I placed my order a month before my daughter had to go to daycare in hopes I would be able to use the stickers for bottles and bags, but they didn’t arrive (at all) and I still ended up having to use tape. Maybe better luck next time? I don’t think the site it clear enough that the product is shipping from overseas unless you go to the “FAQ” section.”

“My first order arrived a month late - I was notified by tinyme and got a credit. I placed my second order and it has not arrived - I contacted customer services and was told I should wait longer - Over a month STILL NO ORDER. Pictures on your website a misleading! I specifically ordered the large lunch box stickers as pictured - they arrived and they are TINY! The customer services agent said "Well the sizes are listed on the website" YES THEY ARE But why are they pictured LARGE on a sandwich size lunch box but are actually TINY! Very disappointed and I was so happy for my order 5 years ago and returned to order more. Saw the new labels and though GREAT! Not so! Also the white on the pastel color backgrounds are hard to see! I would stick with the old style - new style smaller and hard to read!”

“I ordered my son's labels on 7/27 and today is 8/16 and I STILL don't have them. Apparently even though their website says USA the labels are shipping from Australia! They don't tell you this though. Their estimated arrival date for me was Aug 10th and here we are 1 week later and I still don't have them. If you plan to order their products don't expect to get them for at least a month. Other than that the labels themselves are cute.”
