“The product was about what I expected, but the delivery time is why I did not give them a higher rating. The shipping date changed multiple times. Also, I was surprised to see just two sheets of labels for $25. I am hoping they hold up well so that they don't need to be replaced often.”

“The stickers are extremely difficult to get off the backing -- the area surrounding the name sticker will come off and then \stick\" to the name sticker -- ruining the name sticker that I am trying to peel off.<br /><br />Ugh. Never again.”

“I ordered the daycare labels value pack. They were all very cute, but all of the iron on labels were misaligned, so most are unusable. Disappointed in the quality.”

“My order took almost a month to arrive. No one contacted me to inform me that there was a delay. When I called, the representative was friendly but ultimately completely unhelpful.”

“I placed an order over a month ago and still haven't received it. There is no expedited shipping offered even when my order never made it to the shipping facility. Now that the order has been reprocessed over a week ago it still has not been shipped again. I will update the review when (or if) I ever receive it.”

“Today is 12/27 & I still have not received my order. I ordered it on 12/06. It was supposed to be for a Christmas gift. I doubt that I would order from you again”

“Ordered 2 name puzzles for my nieces. I have a name puzzle for my daughter from a few years ago. The quality and design of my first puzzle far surpass the puzzles recently ordered. Wood blocks with the letters had paper edges looking very unfinished. The box for one puzzle had the flower covered paper top coming off. I had to glue it back on myself.”

“I ordered two puzzles for my sons first Christmas gifts this year, and the gift packaging was completely destroyed. I tried emailing to see if I could be sent another box and never heard back. Just disappointed because I can't just wrap the puzzle by itself. It needs to be in a box.”

“The stickers worked amazibgly but the iron labels fell apart, i wasted all my saturday ironing a lot of tshirts and pants for my daugther's day care and she comes back from the day care with half of the label off, i followed the instructions and used the paper provided... not sure what went wrong... frustrating experience”

“Good concept, could be better quality. The printing on our labels were quite blurry and not at all crisp like the photos on their social media and website are. We've ordered similar labels from other companies in the past, and find those to be of much higher printing quality, which is necessary when small children will be reading the labels.”
