“I paid extra money to have my order rushed. It arrived days later then the date that was originally given to me. I wasn't too thrilled about that. The basic labels have held up with through multiple rounds in the dishwasher. The clothing tags fell off after one wash, even though I followed the application directions.”

“Honestly, I was very upset with the product I received from Tinyme. The magnets were small, very flimsy, cut crooked and parts of pictures were cut out. I am never one to email customer service to complain, but I felt like it was a huge waste of money. I am giving the company 5 stars however because of the customer service I received once I emailed customer service. I worked with Ionela and she was very polite, compassionate and knowledgeable. She offered multiple ways to resolve the issue and we ultimately decided on a refund. Because of her nice tone and promptness in responding, I do plan to use Tinyme at some point in the future.”

“The puzzle took almost a week longer to arrive than the date stated at the time of purchase. I ordered June 30th and didn't receive it until July 17th, so it definitely took long.”

“I paid for rush shipping and the items ordered were a week late. Customer service didn't respond in a timely manner and then did not refund the rush shipping cost as I requested.”

“I wasn't aware that the kids wood puzzle I ordered is not for kids under two. Wood puzzles are usually for younger kids.”
