It was disappointing to have to wait for more than 4 weeks for the item to arrive from Australia.
I know shipping time is out of control for the company. I would have chosen a local one for quicker handling for sure if I knew though.”

I ordered the Name Puzzle and think it is a great product. The felt sleeve is a nice touch and overall the quality is great. However the name was not horizontally centered correctly, which kind of takes away from the precision. Letters like 'y' and 'j' will make the name misaligned vertically as well so I had to use a Capital "Y" for the last letter.
Delivery
It took more than 3 weeks, but I understand delivery is a hassle in times like these so I think I'm satisified here. Customer service was extremely good and prompt.”

I love your products and I ordered photos twice.
The first time, I ordered 3 sets of the mini pictures and I loved it so much on my wall that I decided to order another 3 sets to make it bigger. I ordered 2 sets of mini and 1 set of standard.
However, the second time, I was really disappointed because 1) I did not receive the frame to align my pictures because I did not order 3 sets of the same size 2) although, it is said on your website that we can play together with the different sizes, actualy it is true only for standard and single apparently and not for mini and standard - which was not precised on your website...
I referred this issue to your customer service asking to change my standard photo in mini and to get a frame to align them. But after several email, the only answer was : you need to pay for the frame and we cannot do anything for the mismatch of your pictures... :(
So now, I have pictures askew and although I really wanted to continue to expand my wall, I will have to stop because of this issue which was not resolved although it was really easy to reprint a set of 12 mini pictures and send it to me with a template without your company going bankrupt...
It is really a pity ...”
