I took my favorite standing lamp to Tipler's to get the base and shade fixed. They moved locations and LOST MY LAMP! When it was finally found, there was no base, no shade and after A YEAR I demanded it back. I got back a rod. Yes, a rod. It looks like I can celebrate Festivus. WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!!!”
