Ted, We apologize that you did not receive your other emails. We send one when the order is placed, shipped, out for delivery, and delivered. It seems to be something with the @ec.rr.com addresses bouncing back the emails, we had another customer a few days ago that had the same issue. “Happy with product and ordering, price. My only complaint was not notified when tires shipped, but I tracked with order number. Tires arrived one day early than estimated. Installed 4 days ago and so far are pleased.”
