“NO ONE IS AT FALT HERE. IT'S JUST THAT I THOUGHT THE TIRE CAME WITH THE RIM SO WHAT IM GOING TO DO INSTEAD IS I WILL ORDER FIVE TIRES FROM YOU LATER BECAUSE IM GOING TO JUMP UP FROM A 24 TO A 25 INCH TIRE AND IT MAKES NO SENCE TO HAVE A 24 INCH AS A SPARE AND RUNNING 25 INCH TIRES.
