“Don't buy they are not willing to back there products.. I have a problem with my new tires. I paid 100 bucks to mount and balance them. I immediately contact them with my problem. Right now here is they option They want me to buy another set of tires have them mounted and balanced then I'm supposed to send them back the first set and they will then send me a refund... WHAT REALLY? SO THEY CAN TELL ME THEY AREN'T GIVING ME A FULL REFUND NOPE NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. I have never been treated like it's my fault there tires are trash there customer service is worse than the tires. STAY A WAY...”

We have been in constant contact with customer about their purchased. We also stated we will pay for return shipping once they switch the tires out for something they like. We normally do not take tires back if mounted and or used but we made an exception for the customer. They have yet done so.
