Incorrect size was shipped the first go around. Turnaround was quick for correct size but bit of a headache driving to return wrong size. Needed 2 more tires less than a week later website states out of stock. Emailed got a answer they will be restocked in a couple months. Winter approaching not a good deal for me. Need 4 tires yea my fault for not buying 4 originally but such a firm always have your best price and quantity website let me down. Overall would try back in a pinch.

I had put these tires on my SUV same size an similar tread all seasons but noticed a loud road noise an when sent an e mail was told can't do anything so last time I buy tires

Unfortunately the brand the customer bought did not have a ride warranty. They informed us they had replaced tires costing about $170 a piece with tires that were only $80. With all products there is a give and take if you purchase a cheaper product and you are use to a more premiere product you will notice a difference.

Shipment over 1 should be banded together to avoid separation and labels re-enforced . Which would help grately. After 6 days am now making new arrangements to install so hopefully I am pleased

It should have been delivery on Thursday and then got an email staying that there was a delay on my delivery an that it was not going to be delivery till Friday which my package was at the Cypress location well I’m only 3 miles from that location I could have gone n pick it myself

Shipping delays are frustrating. What's more frustrating? A company that adds to the problem instead of one that works to assist in problem-solving. Also doesn't help that TiresShipped2You intentionally makes it difficult for customers to reach out to shippers by leaving a note on delivery orders saying that only TiresShipped2You can make delivery changes. As for the quality of the tires - I'm happy with my purchase. Just not sure if I'd order directly from TiresShipped2You again.

Good Morning, We are very sorry about any shipping delays you had. We are working with FedEx as best we can to work through these tough times with them since their network is at peak levels. Like most things in life a few bad apples caused us to have to block customers from making any changes to your shipment directly. We unfortunately had a lot of fraud with customers using fake credit cards and changing the shipping address mid shipment. We know this doesn't help with your frustrations and hope to see you as a future customer.

Luis, We apologize for the delay in the shipping. We shipped the product quickly but our local Salt Lake City Hub was having delays with the current volume in the FedEx network. Please let us know if we can do anything for you.

Tires were shipped wrapped only with shipping tape which squashed them to the point that they would NOT "snap" to the wheel when air was applied. Had to buy tubes for them to seal to the wheel. Shipping in a cardboard box would of cured the problem. Lesson learned.

Shipping was fast but delivery was not like stated. I was suppose to get them in 2 days but didn’t get them until 4 days later. They kept pushing my delivery date back. I was not pleased and you could’ve speak with anyone, only can send an email.

Takeeler, We are sorry you were having an issue with FedEx pushing the days on your other packages. We work very hard to get every package out on time but unfortunately there are some delays with FedEx currently because of the big up swing in shipments in FedEx's network since Covid started.

Still waiting for my tires that were supposed to be delivered 6 days ago. Got in touch with fed-ex and THEY haven't received them yet either?

This is the 3rd day I receive a message that the tire will be delivered by the end of the day from fedex and they have not been delivered. By the end of the day the tire is back to the Fed ex facility where it left in the morning. Will it be delivered today? We shall see.

Tires looked like they were taped together for a long time. Sides were sucked in drastically. Having to place blocks between the tire beads to try to spead the tires out to mount. At present time I do not know if they are mountable as tubeless.

We apologize for the shipping delays we do show the order was processed and shipped on time from our warehouse. For some reason there was a delay where the package sat in Salt Lake City. We work are hardest to get every package to our customers on time, but we unfortunately can only give as accurate information as FedEx gives to us. Sorry again for any inconvenience.

Website stated 2-4 business days to deliver and so I placed an order then the next day I get s text stating the delivery has been pushed out a day which was the day I was driving to the coast. The main reason I placed the order was due to the “fast” shipping. I called and got my refund and canceled the order. Have not decided if I will do business with this company again

Jim, We are very sorry you are seeing a delay in your shipping. We do show the order was placed at 8:30 AM and the team shipped the order the same day. We apologize that the delay that happened because the package sat in the Salt Lake City hub with FedEx for an extra day. The FedEx team does a great job for us with a 99% on time delivery rate, but it is frustrating to us as well when something out of our control causes a bad experience. Again we are very sorry for the delay in your package and we hope this issue with FedEx doesn't reflect your view on us as a company. Thank You

I usually buy my tires from Discount Tire Warehouse Direct TS2U was a few dollars cheaper so I gave them a try. Not worth the few bucks TS2U ships Fedex which requires a signature or they will not deliver. Like most people today both my wife and I work, It cost me and additional $22.20 to schedule an evening delivery, also took 4days to get the tires. Discount Tire ships UPS overnight, no signature required, the UPS driver leaves the tires stacked neatly in front of my garage, SEAMLESS! When I complained to customer service at TS2U they simply said sorry for the hassle and that was it. I have 4 cars in my driveway and will go back to DTWD for my future tire purchases.

Good Morning Wayne, We saw your review and wanted to apologize for the issue with the delivery, from our other reviews you can see we take our shipping and service very serious. We have marked on the checkout page and all email updates that we do require a signature on orders $750 or more, and to contact us if you would like it removed. This is required by our credit card processor to cover us for higher priced items and fraud. With being a new site we are always looking to improve and we see that your order was marked in our system to ship with a signature even though it was under the $750 mark because the original price before the discount was over $750. So that is our mistake and we apologize, from this we have updated our wording on the cart page and email updates to reflect this. We have also refunded you $25 (which you might have received the notification already) to compensate you for the cost of a night delivery. You must be pretty close to one of the Discount Direct warehouse to get them over night which is awesome! We would of made it in two days, but unfortunately we did not communicate the signature correctly to you. Again we apologize for the inconvenience and frustration with your order.
