“The tires recived as described, but the shipment took abit longer than l expected, otherwise good service”

Dav, Thank you for the review we are sorry it took a little longer to get to you, we do see it made it from Michigan to California in 4 days. We are working on getting better inventory coverage in our west coast warehouse to speed up those shipments as well.

John, Thank you for the feedback. As we grow we will look to add in a phone number. Currently until we can staff with enough people to give the service we expect on the phone we use email only. The team works hard to answer emails quickly. Thank you for the business and the feedback it's always appreciated.

“Tires shipped quickly, arrived as described, good prices, can't complain. Only issue I had was the carriers split up the two shipment order and delivered 2 tires one day and 2 the next, not the shippers fault though.”

“This company went above and beyond to help me. From the late night personal email response to get me taken care of to the assistance of replacing a single tire that popped after less than a month of driving on it. (Not their fault, I ran over a key somehow...) but they got me taken care of and back on the road in a few days. Amazing customer service, great prices, beautiful tires. I’m more than pleased. Thank you for making my crappy day a whole lot brighter.”
