“With orders from other companies placed in these times and how slow the process is, i was amazed due to this large shipment in how quick I received them. And I'm talking a couple of days time.”

“Great price on the tires i ordered, fast service. My order was shipped in 2 pieces, 2 tires showed up a day before they were supposed to and the other 2 were still pending. Not sure whos fault it was but i contacted them and they had another 2 tires shipped out the next day. If i hadnt had any problems 5 stars for sure, will look at them for the next set of tires i need.”

“I am very satisfied with the four tires I received the second time, but i ordered two tires the first time that were the wrong size and you guys charged me $40 dollars for return and i find that outrageous because you are a huge company, and i only paid $140 for both tires so in my opinion you guys could be better on return costs when someone makes a mistake, but my product i needed was good and it was fast and speedy shipping and i got a quick refund on my wrong order just paid too much to ship them back”

Good afternoon, We are sorry the price for the return shipping was higher than you think it should be. We offered that price using our FedEx account which is much cheaper than if you were to go in to a FedEx or UPS store and buy them on your own. So we offer that as a way to help and discount for you. If you were to check on your own it is usually double that amount so we offer that as good customer service. We are sorry you feel that way.

Trace, We are sorry you felt the $40 was a high, unfortunately tires are so big and weird to ship they are very expensive to ship. We do extend our rates to you because to just ship them back with FedEx directly would have cost more than double. We are glad that we could get you the correct tires and those are working great for you! Please let us know if we can do anything else to help.

“the first time dealing with this company, they got my attention due to there good prices, turned out very well. there prices very good shipping was incredibly fast i would definitely recommend to a friend. tires were my choice, i like them so far but dont know how long they will last”
