Don't mean to be rude but your diamonds lately on TV always look cloudy ? Yes of course they sparkle but not like a real clear Diamond. I know you pay for what you see but I'm not going to buy cloudy Diamonds no matter the price.would be nice to get explanation. Thanks

Wanted to buy Silver-grey puffa jacket this morning, but can't find appropriate size. What is large, extra-large, double extra-large? On some clothing sites, size 18 is counted as XXL: on others XXL is 26-28. I wanted 22 or 22/24. Seems I'll have to look elsewhere. Very disappointed. I tried phoning, but couldn't get past "choose one of the following options"

I would safely say that these would be the sizes: M: UK Size 10 - 12 L: UK Size 14 - 16 XL: UK Size 16 - 18 XXL: UK Size 18 - 20

Why is it that you can't get Customer Services refunds dept to pick up the phone. I have tried within your business hours 3 times today, each time I held on for 35 minutes then the woman whose voice is on loop runs out, but no one picks up the call. Disgraceful service! Totally unprofessional.

Surely if you show a compared product to one your selling it should be the same product not something similar at a ridiculous higher price to the item you are selling! That is not a true comparisment to the goods yoi are selling !!!
